Citrus is really a unique fruity scent. It has a sweet smell and yet it stands out and is strong. Grapefruit is sweet and bitter at the same time. The aroma of grapefruit is similar. It is very sweet and settle but also carries a pungent aroma. That is the reason I love to use it in the kitchen. After dinner is over I don't want the smell of supper in the kitchen. So when the kitchen is clean I set up my diffuser which carries the sweet smell of grapefruit oil for 8 hours. This provides a clean fresh smell and is also aromatherapy.
The grapefruit oil has such a beautiful fragrance I use it for other purposes. It is perfect to use with dryer balls . It keeps the laundry smelling fresh and the aroma makes my whole laundry room smell wonderful. It also makes your hair smell great. I would suggest putting it in your carrier such as coconut or almond oil and adding it to your hair.
