Pour Coconut Oil On Your Life

Coconut Oil has gained so much popularity because of its benefit.  If you have just one beauty product in your cabinet it should be coconut oil.  It can be used for your hair, skin, and even your teeth.  I personally find it great for re-twisting my locs.  It is a very light oil and does not build up.   It disappears into your hair and skin unlike heavier oils that require a lot of friction to melt and to blend into your skin.

Don't forget that a little goes a long way, so if you saturate your hair with coconut oil it will drip down your back, especially on a hot summer day.  But if you put a little bit in your palm and rub it throughout your hair you will be alright.    Your hair will have the sheen you need and you will eliminate itchy scalp.

So what is a oil pull?  Oil pulling is when you put coconut oil in your mouth and swish it back and forth to eliminate bacteria.  This is beneficial because it leads to a boost in your immune system that contributes to healing many dental issues, as well as conditions that effects your whole body.  This is a full body experience related to coconut oil that can effect your overall health.

  2. I love coconut oil for the oil pulling method, however in my hair it tends to make my face break out. I am thinking after reading your review that I am probably using too much.#ProductReviewParty
