Yoga is good for increasing strength and flexibility. You can focus on engaging your whole body to the exercise. People tend to do yoga barefooted but completely forget to engage their feet in the act. Your feet should also stretch and the muscles in your feet should be a point of focus as well.
There are so many conditions that start with the feet, but they are ignored. Feet are hidden and not talked about.
