It even calculates how long you were in restful sleep and when you were not at the full level of relaxation potential.
The sleep number app, which is in tune with your sleep number mattress takes the data that you enter regarding your daily patterns to see what could be affecting your rest. Factors such as, the time of day you exercised, what you ate, or what time you went to bed, can add stress. The mattress is also divided so that you and your partner can decided what your sleep number is, and allows you to sleep in comfort according to what suits you.
The Sleep number bed is amazing because it is true necessity. Without sound rest your day and lifeline can be seriously affected. I had the opportunity to sample the Sleep number bed, and it really does mold to your body. I was also gifted the sleep number pillow which is amazing. It has a cooling technology which keeps your head feeling cool, and it is comfortable for your whole lumbar system.
