It's been seven months since I've given birth to my son. I had a caesarean, so it took a while to heal. I didn't jump straight into action to get back in shape after giving birth. Unfortunately my backside is not fitting comfortable in my jeans and that can be quite uncomfortable. I don't desire to loose a lot of weight, I just want to be more tone and lose enough inches to fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes. Jump roping has always been one of the funnest ways to workout.
