Flat ironing natural hair

My daughter is 16 and has never put any chemicals such as texturizers, relaxers or perms in her hair.  She does enjoys wearing her hair straighten on occassion.  Since, she has coarse hair it does require a bit of work to achieve a straight look without out causing heat damage.   Using a old school straightening comb can be a bit stressful.  If you have very thick hair it is difficult to get it through those thin bristles.

The Kiloline 2 in 1 is helpful since you can use it to straighten your hair and curl it afterward.   It heats up quickly and does not burn your fingers.  I found it reduces the time it takes to style hair.  Please check out the video below which demonstrates how I straighten my daughters hair.

If you are interested in purchasing the Kiloline it can be found at the following link.

  3. Now this is really cool, and something I need on my natural hair when I straighten it. My current flat iron is just okay, but my hair starts to revert back to its natural texture within a day.
