Pro Body Pilates Workout

I seriously miss Pilates. In the early 2000's Pilates was one of the most popular category of exercise. Pilates offers a good stretch and it also came with wonderful toys. There were rings, and stretchy bands and balance blocks.

These  tools lead to a more slender, and toner body.   Unlike Yoga,  you are not required to have perfect balance or extreme flexibility.  Pilates allows you to reach your goals by training and building your muscles.  The Pro Body Pilates bands  allows you to build up your strength gradually.

There are several exercises that can be done with the band that lead to sleeker legs, arms, and back. You can strengthen yourself from the privacy of your home, instead unsanitary confines of an intimidating gym.
