BeliBea Nursing Bra

Theo my six month old son, is continuing to breastfeed.  He has been introduced to baby food but being breastfed is his preference.  I think breastfeeding has been a great decision for us because he is a very solid, chubby, healthy baby.  I breastfed my other children for one year, and I have a feeling that I will continue to breastfeed Theo for approximately the same amount of time.

One thing I noticed as a breastfeeding mother, is that have the right bra is very important.  Throughout the day my breast size increases and decreases.  After feedings I tend to reduce in size and I can not be for certain what size my breast are currently.  But, I don't  think this is a abnormal thing, with time my milk supply will increase and there may even be times when I am engorged.  I need a bra that is comfortable enough and adjusts with me.

The Beibea nursing bra is perfect.  It is very supportive, the material stretches for your comfort.  It has two holes in the areola area for easy feedings or to allow the use of a breast pump.  The bra has two snaps that link toward the straps, this allows the mother to expose the baby to her breast.  The bra even has the optional padding just incase you need an extra boost.

I find the bra to be comfortable enough during the day, but even relaxing enough to sleep in.  It also makes it very easy to move the flaps and feed my son, and not have to adjust my bra in an awkward way.

  1. Good nursing bras are so important when you are nursing. I've spent the majority of the last seven years wearing nursing bras. I was so happy to wean my three year old, so I could finally get back to wearing cute bras. They have cute nursing bras but I was more concerned about function vs. cuteness...lol

    1. You are a trooper to breastfeeding for 3 years. My 2 sons were easy to ween but my daughter who breastfed for a year was very attached. I want to breastfeed my youngest son until he decides that he has had enough.
