In September I will be participating in a March for Lupus.  I am excited about gaining sponsors and conditioning myself.  The march is in honor of my mother who lost her battle with Lupus.  

I had a baby 5 months ago and my body is in no condition for handling an extremly long walks with ease.  I have been taking small walks to the park to get myself ready for the long tread.   I also have fitwellyou bands to work on strengthening my body.  

The Fitwellyou is a three band set.  It even has a different resistance level to strengthen and tone muscles.  It also includes a door anchor & exercise chart. I do not want to do a marathon without looking the part.  The exercise chart provided, shows you exactly how to do Bicep Curls, Lateral Raises, Resistance band Squats,  Resistance band lunges, triceps pulldowns, cross body pulls, high chest press, and kneeling crunches.

It also has a accurate instructions on how to install the door anchor.  The door anchor intensifies the workout.  It’s like having a full service gym within your home.  I am taking this workout a little bit at a time.   I am starting out a the easiest level and working my way up.

These bands are great for training for an upcoming strenuous event.  But, they are also great for a person who prefers to have a full workout at home.  If you are interested in the Fitness band click here
