Winter Care

All these holidays can be so exhausting if you are a mom. I have four children, one born in September, November, January and February.  If you place Halloween, Christmas, New Years and Valentines Day between these birthdays there isn't a months that I am not busy.  I definitely need to pamper myself and take it easy.

After all the typing I do a work , my hands feel a bit tense.  I had the opportunity to review Jerusalem Balm and I put it straight to work.  I read the different medicinal benefit about it and assumed I would not need to use it frequently. It can be used for intestinal worms, hemorrhoids, flu, sore throat, sinusitis, sores, ulcers, and gingivitis.  However, I also read it can be used for muscle ache.  Once I tried it for my sore joints, I knew there was no going back.  It kind of reminded me of rubbing alcohol because of the way it felt after placing it on my skin.  It also has a sweet perfume smell that is very pleasant like frankincense .  I put it on at night and the next morning my hands felts better.  I can not judge whether it fights infections as researches say, but it is great on muscle tension.

I was also given the option to review the vitamin C.  I will just be honest with you readers.  I review lots of products, but if I can not read the ingredients I do not take it internally. The ingredience for Ran Botanical products are in Hebrew.  You can translate via google but I still felt uncomfortable taking it internally.  So if you are interested in trying out this product I will leave the purchase link below but I can not yay or nay it.

I loved the soft lip and the silk feet.  The soft lip actually works very hard to prevent chapping and ashy lips.  The soft feet is okay, I liked the way it smelled a lot.  This whole kit was nice overall. I loved the way it was packaged.  If you would like to purchase this set from Ran Botanicals it can be found at https://www.ranbotanicals.com/ProductPage.aspx?l=1&c=0&id=14

  1. I'm like you, I wouldn't trust it I can't read it right then. The other products sound good though.

  2. I'm with you on that one girl, I don't like ingesting stuff that I can't read the ingredients. I would love to try out the Jerusalem Balm. I suffer from lower back pain sometimes, so this balm would be good for me.
