Restful Sleep For Teens

How do you convince your teenager it is bedtime?  In this generation, there is so much social media that constantly distracts teens from getting sleep. Teenagers feel they must answer every ping on their phone.  When I was a kid there were no phone calls after 8:00 pm. Some teen will text message until the wee hours of the morning. 

The best way to persuade a teenage girl to go to bed on time is to get them to follow a beauty regiment.  Have a specific time after their shower to put on a facial mask, or something to fit their skincare needs.   Set their phone to do not disturb after a specific time or take it away at night completely.  Also make your teen aware of the benefits of getting sleep.  Lastly, get them a eyesnug so they can get more restful sleep.
